my brothers are yet little.

2. They chopped in the woods, piled at the wayside
and built by the road.
Oh,and they have built a tall house
woth four corners.
 
3. On every corner – a garden of rue
and a bush of lilies.
Every summer a cuckoo bird
called every day.
 
4. She had been calling until she called out
a daughter away from her mother.
The road is rumbling, the daughter is being driven away,
and she keeps crying bitterly.
